“Prayers like Shoes” by Ruth Forman
Just beautiful. Her voice is angelic, her mannerism lovely. I love this poem, and it reminded me a lot of the same longings I used to have as a child.
By the way, she’s also a VONA/Voices faculty member. Ruth Foreman is just awesome.
